Bandai Namco Is Bringing Tekken To Your Phone


Tekken, one of the world's best known fighting game franchises is getting a mobile release. Bandai Namco"soft launched" the iOS and Android versions of Tekken on August 18, 2017 in Canada. No global launch date has yet been released, but if the Canadian soft launch does well, it shouldn't take long.

This is by no means the first time a fighting game was released for mobile devices. Injustice 2, and Marvel: Contest of Champions are both very success games.

I haven't played Tekken mobile yet, but if they found an acceptable way to get around the control limitations of mobile devices, then it may not be long until we see other classic franchises making the leap!

Kirara Fantasia Pre-Registration Milestone Updated

Japan’s Houbunsha (芳文社) and Aniplex’s mobile RPG title, Kirara Fantasia (きららファンタジア), has announced today (18th September), that the pre-registration has gathered over 400,000 pre-registerees, thus, more pre-register rewards have been added! Kirara Fantasia (きららファンタジア), a mobile RPG based on characters from Manga Time Kirara (まんがタイムきらら) magazine, is now ready for pre-registration. It is currently in production by Drecom and will be published by Aniplex. The pre-registration for the game started back in August and a short duration, the pre-registration upper limit has been raised twice with more rewards! Shiro Neko Project x Re:Zero Collaboration Event Begins Soon!

COLOPL has announced yesterday (6th September), that their mobile title Shiro Neko Project will begin their collaboration event with Re:Zero on 8th September. In the upcoming collaboration, Emilia, Rem, and Ram will make an appearance in the world of Shiro Neko Project. The collaboration will also feature an original story written by the creator of Re:Zero, Tappei Nagatsuki (長月達平)! Previously, Shiro Neko Project collaborated with hit anime series Fairy Tail, and a Hatsune Miku Collaboration will be coming soon in the near future! Together with the Re:Zero Collaboration, looks like players are going to have a truly eventful summer!
